  • You can use Instantbird and Pidgin to connect to IRC networks and for IRC chat. And they work on Windows. I have got Instantbird and Pidgin on my computers and they support all the IRC commands and everything. As well as being a good IRC chat client. And they are very easy to use unlike X Chat and other IRC chat messengers, and some of these are not free for Windows users. But Instantbird and Pidgin is free. And Pidgin has the added feature of seacrching for IRC channels on the networks you are connected to. A very handy feature.Andrea Borman.
